    Default A 1st quilt

This quilt comes to us from TX. The client says this is her 1st quilt, and she left the quilting lay out to us, so we laid out this design. Being her 1st quilt we fancied-it-up a little. Hopefully she will view her 1st quilt as a success and that will lead to future enjoyment of quilting on her part.

This quilt has Hobbs warm & natural batting, and she wishes to bind the quilt herself. Hope you enjoy the pictures and they give you some ideas.

The quilting is stunning! You did a great job to turn her first quilt into a master piece!

Nice quilting. Did you use both Hobbs and Warm & Natural??? There are many quilters here that are interested in when someone quilts with two layers of batting.
