    That is so beautiful! How nice that it was given to him and that he appreciates it. I have a similar one with a green background... so many tiny pieces! These colors are so gorgeous! Great job with it!

    Wow, what a great quilt and a great story. I love that all the centers are the same color, I haven't noticed that on GFGs I've seen before. And I love the quilting and scalloping you did.
