    On the Spiderweb quilt, the pieces all come together in the middle so needed to find a quilt pattern that wouldn't go right thru the center. Found this one in my collection and its worked out great for me.

    Was just notified that one in my congregation is in the hospital for pancreas cancer. They say he will never leave the hospital and is going down hill fast. He's an older gentleman so I've decided to take him one of my scrappy quilts to keep him company for his remaining days. These quilts were to be mine but I think one of them will do much more good if given to him to let him know he is not alone...............Will leave in just a few minutes.

    I can just make myself another one later....................

    some day I hope to learn to quilt this beautiful. I just bout a new Long arm quilting machine, practice practice,and learn to use the laser light.
