Smile 2 pillows to match the "can this quilt be saved?" quilt

So many of you commented on my "Can this quilt be saved?" post and commiserated and offered suggestions to help me save the Christmas gift. I did find someone who is willing to rip the bad stitching out and re-quilt it, for which I am very, very grateful. I made two throw pillows to match the quilt and will send them with a picture of the quilt and an explanation.

The rail fence-type quilt is made from left-over border from the quilt and the other is just a block that I liked.

The colors are so different even though they're the same fabric! The pillows are closest to real life.

    Thanks for looking!

Beautiful pillows to go with. I am glad you found someone to redo your quilt.
