Default 2 quilts - a B&W strip tube quilt and the teal French Dress Fabric line made up

These are my two latest quilts -

The quilt is from the teal line of French Dress by Marcus. Fell in love with this entire line and bought some of each. It still needs to be bound (doing that this weekend). The pattern is another freebie from the net, Hoffman fabrics, titled Glacier Moon. This is my couch cuddle quilt for this winter. The quilting design is either Tickle or Jezebel from willow leaf studio.

The B&W is a super queen size - 20-odd black and white fabrics. the original pattern was Margarita Sunrise (free on the net, Hoffman Fabrics site) but after I got the blocks laid out, I just wasn't feeling it so I was pressing and stacking and came up with this layout. I had really stressed about this, even posed a question about being in a quandary here. Named this one 'When Life Gives You Lemons'. (Always find the better option). It is a surprise for my Son. The quilting on it is guitars and music notes. I think he's going to enjoy this. I still have some mixed feelings about this one...

    Thank you all for looking.

I love both your quilts and the qulting on both. Are the guitars and music notes a pantograph?

Both of your quilts are fabulous! Love the fabrics in the first one, they just work wonderfully together. Your black and white quilt is awesome. I really like the way all of the fabrics make you first look at the whole quilt and then you want to get up close and personal and find out about the individual blocks. Your quilting is outstanding and out of this world fabulous! If I had the money, I would definetely be contacting you to see if you would do my quilting for me!!!

Very nice. Love how you got large squares of the Paisley fabric in the top one.

Love them both but really like the first one more. Love the guitar quilting on second one.

I can see that the first one will do very well with oriental fabrics. I might gve it a try!

Both just wonderful! Love the colors of the teal and brown and the exquisite work on quilt one and the quilting on quilt 2 is amazing. When I grow up, I want to be just like you!
