    Mad...thats a cool center! I'm going to have to check out the oragami technique...ok...its on the list..the looong list!:lol:

    sewnmom...your beautiful center will really be great to work on and you'll be amazed at what the talented ladies in your group decide to add as borders! What fun..I think you made a great choice!

    thanks ladies for the kind words.By boring ,i meant,its not fancy,just simple, like me.. i love the colors... this will be my bed quilt top..thats why i made it oblong, to fit my bed. no giving away this one...its mine, mine, all mine. getting greedy in my old age hahaha, molly

    This is not boring at all!! beautiful colors. I would love to get my hands on it but I'm in group 5.

    THanks - I took a class MANY years ago. Yes, it is folded. Actually I'm debating if I want to put a bead or small button in the center to keep it closed.......

    I used the same pattern on my center. The book I got it out of, said to either tack the points down or fold sides back like Cathedral Windows and sew down. Makes it look like a flower in the middle.

    I keep popping in to see everyones centre and they are all beautiful in different ways. I love the half triangles, usch pretty colours and endless possibilities.

    I posted this into the thread for my round, but thought I'd let it sit here, too, for others to see.
    This was a new thing for me and I learned lots. I'm going to make a wall hanging with two calla lilies on it to go with the finished quilt.
