Here is the 3rd Border for Group 3: I think it's Dorrell Ann's center. The picture kind of turned the colors weird..but they do match the colors in the center perfectly.

It means "International Round Robin"....We were put into groups and each person made their own center for a quilt and then everyone in the group add's a border to it. Once everyone has done a border the original person gets a completed quilt.
