    I like this idea. I lead a boring life so mine would have something about eating, sleeping, going to Walmart and going to church. Oh, and going to visit my new grandson. haha

    A friend of mine made a diary quilt with each square representing a day of their life in the year before her husband passed. It was her own handwriting and was very interesting reading.

    That is amazing!! What we get into with these challenges. What a terrific keepsake for you and your family. Hope this wins...I can't imagine another that would come close, but you never know. There are a lot of crazy quilters out there!! Good luck!

    WHAT a project!!! It is fabulous. My girlfriend does this with her camera on her phone (I still don't own such a gadget) She takes a pic each day to remind her of whatever's going on. I thought that was CRAZY enough, but I could never have conceived of doing it as a quilt!!
