    Default 21st Quilt
    This is my daughters 21st quilt made from a pattern called Rectangles Squared. She loves the aqua colours and wanted lots of white so this was the outcome. Gave it to her and she loves it. It has some fabrics that prompt memories for her while it still gives the over all look she likes. I had to put Winnie the Pooh in there so his wee bit of red does show up but she had a significant stage adoring him so he needed to stay. There are type writer keys, water for our beach holidays, a fabric with little elephants on as she still has her childhood toy which is a little blue elephant. Loved making it for her. Two friends contributed half a dozen blocks each and it was quilted by Sue Burnett as I found it too big for my home machine and I wanted it done in time.
