I also have the Breeze fabric from Connecting Threads (FQ collection, plus lots of yardage that they had on clearance for $2.96), and am making a king size Wicked Easy for DH. Went heavy on the blues and greens since our bedroom is green, and I love blue and green (really, this quilt IS for him!). Have all 36 blocks done, but need to figure out the layout. I think the back will be large squares of the same fabrics. Blocks have been done for, um, a few months I guess. Then I get to figure out how to quilt it.
On the D9P, I did what someone else mentioned: used a charm pack in the corners (Moda Figgy Pudding), plus some additional red for centers and white for top, bottom and sides, and then one of the Figgy Pudding striped fabrics for the borders, and am really happy with it. That one is also not quilted yet. Maybe by Christmas 2010!
