I have several patterns for quilts using 1 yard from each of three different fabrics. They make a generous baby quilt - or average lap quilt. The patterns are all from Fabric Cafe which I ran across at last year's Houston Quilt Festival.

The fabric came from a store that was going out of business. The backing is from my local quilt shop, but was about 3 inches too narrow! I pieced the back and really like the way it came out.

Thanks to carolaug who posted about making a tube with the backing so that the design is centered in the middle.
That post was on this thread: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-131095-1.htm

I brought the backing around to the front for the binding which means the pieced part shows on the front, but .. I like that just fine, too! This was a fun one!
