It's beautiful. Good job on the piecing and your choice of colors makes the quilt sparkle. Can't wait to see how it finishes up.

I'm keeping caught up with the blocks - but have not put together the borders yet. I save them up for a week or two, then do them assembly line style. I have the patterns printed and put in a binder. So I put the cut pieces on the page and then turn the page and do the next.
Then I take it to my sewing machine and do as much sewing on each block and work all the way through, then press and trim and do another round of sewing. Usually end up with 4-5 rounds of sewing/pressing to get them all complete. I don't think I'd enjoy doing one block a day, but I really like doing them this way.

I hope my quilt turns out as pretty as yours. I like how you used somewhat lighter blues in your 6" blocks in places. so hope I will be able to figure out the blocks as we go along for 2017. your quilt is absolutely stunning.
