This quilt is for a friend. I bought the teddybear material for full body baby bibs I was making. But a friend seen it and kept saying what a great quilt it would make. I have a Christmas wreath quilted in the center so far....not sure what to do with the rest. If it were for me, I think I would have broken up the bears. I don't want to lose the bears in the quilting.

Backing is same as green border.

Lots of bears and the borders.

    Loretta,
Exactly, I just bought some materials for a christmas tree skirt. Can't wait to get that started also. It is for our tree.
I pick up a lot of clearance materials the end of last season and have some panel tree skirts and aprons to do also. A friend of mine was getting into craft shows and wanted me to do some sewing for her, but she has become ill and probably won't continue doing the shows. So now I don't know what I will do with everything.

Thanks for the comments. The material is actually nicer than the photos. It has a gold thread element to it. It doesn't show up well on camera.

That's so cute. I love Bears. I think it does make such a neat quilt.

Very nice fabric and a cute quilt. Now it makes me want to get out my flannel Christmas fabric and get started on one. I was going to make it last Chrsitmas but got so busy making quilts for Christmas that I never did dfind the time. Maybe if I start now I'll get done before Christmas. :D
