I did spray baste this one but I have also done it with elmers and just pinning, its so much easier than you would think it would be! I would never again do one with fleece on top and back but with cotton or flannel and fleece on one side, its a breeze. P

I used 2 different fabrics, same pattern of both, leaves, acorns, etc) but as the store didn't have quite enough left of the one I had chosen, I had to buy enough of the same pattern/different colours, to have enough blocks. But yes, the outside border fabric is the main fabric.
