You will see quilting design that the quilt will just be begging for. Take your time and listen to the quilt. Its with in all of us! Did I say your quilt is beautiful, wow! Your a woman after my own heart. Be kind to yourself and the design for quilting will just flow from you. Enjoy the process, I enjoyed your sharing.

Thanks to all who commented on my little 4th of July tabletopper. I ripped out the first quilting and re-quilted on the machine (SITD) with some straight line quilting on the outer blue border. Here it is finished, binding and all! The second photo shows the backing.

I love the fabrics you used in this block. It looks great!!! I love high loft batting but when I was trying out a longarm the other day, the lady explained the problems that high loft exposes when machine quilting. As the person who started the other thread, I can say your block looks great!!!! You did a super job!

Yes, I did rip out the quilting on a king size applique quilt. The longarmer stitched around each of my applique designs on top of the design. She used a clear non-filament thread. It was tedious but I took it all out and had it done by another longamer quilt it and was very happy with her work - I was glad I had ripped out the original quilting. Your quilt is beautiful.
