Beautiful baby and beautiful mama. Wouldn't the maker of that dress be pleased to know just how many generations have enjoyed her work of love.

Oh my, the last picture is just too precious. What a beautiful baby girl. What a treasure that dress is, how very special. My cousins wifes mother from England, originally Germany, made two sweaters for my baby girl when she was born. I treasured them and both my babies wore them. When my cousins wife, Steph had her first grandbaby I decided that it was time to take the sweaters out of the cedar chest and pass them on to the next generation. Steph and Hannah, her daughter, were thrilled when they opened the package and there were the sweaters Stephs mom had made. Her mother had long since passed by the time Hannah had a baby.
