This is a quilt that my aunt let me quilt for her anyway I wished. My 3rd customer quilt since I got my machine this past March. The blocks were huge 24" square blocks. My machine wouldn't handle that big of a block at once, so I divided it into a feather wreath in the middle and 4 setting arch feathers in the corner triangles. The sash was a curly feather and I did a rose in the cornerstone blocks. The border was just a small border, and I felt it needed something to break up the curves of the rest of the quilting, so I did a zig-zag in it. I wasn't sure how well it would turn out. I wasn't thrilled with the quilt to begin with, but I'm happy with it now.

What set up do you have? You are a natural quilter and very detailed! Great job.

My gd saw this and now wants one like it. I also love it. She likes the design of the quilt but doesn't understand the "quilting" part of it but I do--it's gorgeous!
