    I'm partial to the crumb quilt. So much work and so glad it's in someone's hands willing to finish them for her. You are certainly doing the right thing to give back finshed the stripping with blue border quilt. He will cherish it for years to come, I'm sure.

    crumb quilt is my favorite. I love scrappy crumbs and I just finished a top. What a lucky person you are to receive those quilt tops.

    Hi Anita, I really like the 1st one! There's a lot of work in these quilt tops. It's a shame the lady never got to see them completed. I'm glad you are going to finish one and give it back to your DH's friend. It's very sad that the rest of his family doesn't want them. I know you'll give them a good home.

    If nobody in the family wants these nice quilts there's probably a charity in your area that would love them. That would be a nice legacy from your friend's mother.
