Ya'll don't laugh too hard, but if you do it's ok-laughter good for you! this is my first quilt other than patchwork quilts. It's french/friendship braid, seen it called both. It's just gonna be like a couch blankie, so it's not too big. In pic, I have a strip of half block triangles lying on one side. want to know if you think it would look good to put that all the way around or stop with the blue border?

Do you need to make it bigger?
I'm not to fond of the triangles around the edge but if you need to make the quilt bigger, that is an option.

I like the blue border. I think the muiltcolor border takes away from the design. I really like your braid idea for a couch throw.

Love this quilt. Now this braid I think I could handle. Did you make the pattern, or do you have it, can you share it? Luv it,,,,have been looking all over for a simple braid that I could do.

To my eye it makes it look a little busy, but I do like it with the border.
