oh wow, dee,...do I love that!
Your colors are great together, and the center is beautiful and then that lovely embroidery inside the framing...I gotta get hopping!
You've finished #3 while I've been sorting fabrics...all over our dining table, lol!
I told ya, I could eat them! ;)

Deecee, your block is pure perfection!!!!! The colors are wonderful, and I love how you used a printed fabric for the reverse applique! Lovely, just lovely!!!!
Edit: I posted this too soon! I read that you didn't do reverse applique at all, but it sure did fool my eyes! It's so creative and fantastic!!!

Thanks for all the lovely comments everyone.
I must say I am enjoying these blocks - just wish I had a bit more time for sewing.
Mousie I probably spend more time just deciding which fabrics to use as I love them all and I'd like to use all of them in every block.

I change my mind over and over, trying to find ways to fit them all in, lol! ;)

After listening to the talk when I first started this quilt, I was scared of the reverse applique. I was tempted to wait but figured it wasn't going to go away! In the end I didn't find it too hard but I can't say it's my favorite technique, although with the borders I guess I will get lots of practice!
