    Ok I’m so excited to post the photos of my first block. I love it! It’s hard to tell but my background fabric is dark brown. And I’m using cranberry colored embroidery floss. I found the deep “v” the most challenging part. I also did my embroidery without a hoop because I was afraid of hurting the needle turn and I had to be very careful not to pull too much. Well let me know what you all think.

    Lisa, I think your block is beautiful. I love the polka dots on the center background fabric. And your fussycutting of the center leaves is very, very nice.

    AWE Lisa, thats beautiful, I love your background material for the piece, your stitching is just perfect, well done. Like your fussy cutting, gosh we are going to have some beauties on this quilt.
