I have decided I want to quilt this quilt myself. Our LQS in Wickenburg is having a five week course on machine quilting. That will be 5 6-hour classes. Hopefully by the time I am done with that I will be able to quilt my AOTH without ruining it.

I will be working on three of my final five blocks during the time I am in Mexico. We arrived here today, and I will be working on these blocks at least a small portion of every day. Hope I get at least these three done while we're here.

    Judy,
I'm with you on quilting this myself. After all the hours I spent hand appliqueing these blocks, I want to complete this one myself. My friend has the Baby Lock Long Arm and she has been teaching me to use it. I think by the time I finish with the inner and outer borders, I might have enough confidence on the LA to do this one myself. If not, she is such a good friend, I'm sure she will be there to help if I need it.

Judy, don't worry about the blocks. If you have thumb twirling down time...go for it, if not...enjoy the vacation!

I'm planning to quilt mine on my regular DSM. I am planning to try this one in sections though.

All of them are so wonderful I can't say which is my favorite. Each has their own personality. All you ladies did a tremendous job. Thanks for sharing.
