[quote=sandpat]Patty, you could look around and maybe find the book fairly cheap and then like Lesley says...go scrappy. I love the Fiesta too though. I started downloading that one, but I've been forgetting to do it, so I guess I'll just buy her CD of all the blocks when I get ready to do it. Those blocks do lend themselves to adding embroidery too.

    Sandpat,
I have all the Fiesta, I guess it will be my next project. Maybe we can do it together, there were more people downloading it.

I have only downloaded the 1st month of Fiesta. I can't do it immediately...have AOTH to finish first...So when are you starting it?

I'm not sure Andrea...it will take me awhile yet on the AOTH. I figure that when I get it done..it will be time to focus on the holidays, so it might actually be next year for me..what about you?

Just had a look at the Fiesta pattern out of curiosity. That one is too busy for me, so still looks like the LLB for me Elle

Well, if the Fiesta gets started, PLEASE let me know as I would like to join in! I already have the CD -- bought it back in January or February -- so I'm all ready to go whenever you all are!! :-D :-D :-D

My curiousity got the best of me and I went to look at the Fiesta quilt. I really do love it and strip paper piecing is a new technique for me but I really have my heart set on doing the Dear Jane quilt. I bought the software to go along with my book and I hope that will be my next challenge.

    :D :D

I keep thinking about the Dear Jane. It's on my list of "Must Do" quilts! I'm going to have to live FOREVER in order to get all these quilts made!!!!
