    hi here is my block 8 i did today. i haven't edged it yet, although i quite like it without the edging.
    still, i will look at that bit tomorrow.

    When you get to know jacquie, you will learn she will be a member of the JTG Club, since she is one of the Early Birds and also an Eager Beaver......just wait until you see her work. It is gorgeous. I am lucky enough to be the proud owner of some of her work!

    Love the fabrics & your background. I wouldn't have thought about a blue like that for the background, but it's wonderful!!!

    lol patti, funny we both posted about the same time!
    this is my first block of AOTH.
    i really loved doing it! i could quite get addicted!! thank goodness there are a lot of these blocks to do, to satisfy my need to make more more more!!!!

    (you're such a flatterer by the way! behave yourself!! lol...)

    lovely fabrics patti!

    my back ground is actually turquoise, but yes, it's come out a blue in the photo... still nice though!
    my daughter has requested a AOTH quilt but in aubergine. i will make it at the same time. the fabric will be here in a few days.

    i'm really going to enjoy this sew along!!

    you'll not get rid of me and patti now! lol...

    how many more blocks have you done patti??? this is my first of many!

    I have completed blocks 8 and 9 and have 11 cut out. You have an unfair advantage, I have to work 8 hrs a day and you get to sew...... :-( but I will do my best to keep up with you. :thumbup: :lol: :wink: They dont know what they have gotten themselves into with the two of us.....lol :thumbup: :lol: :wink:
