Beautiful, Roxanne - it's a great sense of achievement when you can post this pic, isn't it?

I finished the Sharks Tooth Border and it's on the center unit.

There are some boo-boos, but they are staying. I need them as reminders of what went wrong & to figure out how to fix them on the next set of borders!

I don't see any boo boos or oopsies.....All I see is a fantastic center! Oh...I love your border. Are you doing the next border to face the inwards toward the center? Well.....whatcha' waitin' for...? go get busy! LOL!

Hey, hey, hey - I'm nearly finished with Block #1 now!!!

Let's see - booboos - ends of the border weren't done in the traditional way, leaving me to get creative. Liked Lesley's idea for the square in a square. One of the ends didn't finish up in the right way - too high, not meeting at the seam allowance. Then, to top it all off - oopsies - my sewing line wasn't accurate and some of the innie points don't meet at the block right. However, that's how it's staying.

Next border will face this one, only I will look the shark tooth borders in more depth & see how the outer side is supposed to turn the corners.

All in all, this was a very productive weekend. Ieven managed to cook a time or two. Leftovers tomorrow night!

oh my goodness Kathy! how do you do all that?
I have a question...you have a block in your center that has green and red and pink in it...it looks like #22, but it's not on that thread.
I just love it and wanted a better look.
Is there another # that looks like 22?

Mousie, that's #22. I think it looks different from the others as 1 set of leaves is light green & the other set is dark green, so they don't show up as well as the other's do.

I also fattened those leaves up quite a bit!!!

Here's a close up. I haven't been posting the blocks as I finished them, but rather am waiting for the matching week to come up. Also made a lily pad leaf in the center & added a bit of veining.

Kathy your sharks-teeth border looks lovely and I didn't notice any oopsies.

I really like your different light/dark placement on the outer leaves of #22. Gives a different look to the block. I think I might have to remember that for mine (when I eventually get to it). :D
