    oh gosh i am sorry!!! but they really are so much prettier in person...and there are ones i didnt get pictures of...have a great time at the fair...we might be going again tommorow night

    Congratulations. Your work is beautiful. I am new to quilting and would like to know if your oasis chain quilt is an old pattern or one your created yourself?

    I how you can take a plain quilt block, make a quilt then quilt it with fancy designs to make it pop. Thanks for sharing.

    So, where in Alabama? Is it really a National fair? I am laughing because that is so Alabama. Huntsville is my hometown and I just chuckle when I think of the Huntsville International Airport. Yeah. It was only about 12 years ago that they built covered jet ways so you didn't have to go outside to the airplane. And it is still just one terminal.

    Your quilts are beautiful, by the way! Can you show us a pic of the 1st prize winner? It should have been shown in full as a winner. Its funny that you are in AL where I was born and Charisma is in WA where I am now. Maybe I am feeling loopy. Need a nap!

    the fair is here in Montgomery...i have no idea why they call it the national fair lol...i know i was kinda sad that they had it folded..but i guess they had space constraints....here is the link to it http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-158119-1.htm
