Definitely worth it, though. That's a beautiful block!

Didn't think it would take all day and make such a mess, so glad to finish one block. Think I will be making this project smaller than first thought.
The block is lovely and I am sure if you do them 'assembly-line' you'll get a rhythm.

However, if you think your room is a mess ... you can never see mine!!!!!!

I totally agree with the messy part, but I am beginning to love paper piecing. Hang in there for a while longer and I think you will learn to live with the mess. I have only done about 8 blocks this way and I think I am starting to get a little faster now. It sure is fun though, and the variety of blocks is wonderful.
Your block is beautiful, by the way. Keep going!

Hopefully practice will make it easier--but it is beautiful!

I'm working on a PP right now too and my room is a mess as well. Keep on working on it, it will start to go faster. The first one always goes slow.
