You are right, if dh likes it, it's good. He is actually quite artistic. I usually ask his opinion about my designing and sometimes even about colors. He can picture what something will look like better than I can.
I'm going to check out that tut. I watched Sharon Schamber's videos and they are awesome and her work comes out perfect. Maybe your link won't be quite so detailed. This is no show quilt. One day, I will make one.

Beautiful as always Jackie - it must be more challenging to quilt someone elses piecing, I guess? I know that even as I'm designing a top, I'm already planning how I might quilt it; you've done an awesome job - your feathers in the open spaces really makes it something special! And I know YOU can do that binding in your sleep!!! Show us when it's done, OK?!

I agree what a nice quilt and your quilting is just WOW getting better and better every day. Hummmmmmmm I think I'll need to make a nice BIG quilt and send your way. But at the rate I'm going that won't be for OH 10 years. lol
