Ummm, kinda round. LOL, I don't think they're specific flowers. They're not the flower in the pattern I started out with either. They were too pointy and since I changed the leaves the flowers needed to be more round to balance the leaves.

I started with a pattern and by the time I'm done the only thing that will be from the pattern is the Cardinal.

LOL I DO THE SAME THING. I ALWAYS SAY "Someday I am going to follow the pattern from beginng to end." I love applique on quilts. I just made a wall hanging with 30 charm squares and appliqued dragon flies on it. i will have to post it. Can't wait to see yours done.

The flower progress so far. I have one more large one and two small flowers to do. I ended up using Pellon fleece to back them with. It gives just a tiny amount of definition and hides every thing under the flower.
