Nice project and now it is finished. It is really great. I like the pattern a lot. And, the cats on the jelly roll back are just plain fun. Now, on to your next project. I hope you are encouraged by this great success.

Now that you have those under your belt, what patterns are you working on now? I love that you combined three projects on your bucket list. I have too many I want to do too, but just keep checking them off my list, along with the "must make for gifts now" that sometimes stall things for awhile. LOL

I am working on what will be the reverse side of the patches of life which is done

using leftovers and I want to try to applique a border with vines and simple flowers...
here is a sketch of it

I started it last winter
I plan to bring along the applique part in my luggage for the trips that I plan to take, comes spring. There will be bus, train and airplane time loll I figure that it would not take up to much space in my luggages.... when I say that I am not a "productive" quilter I really mean it loll

Beautiful quilts! I like quillows & made some for Christmas gifts one year for 3 ladies at my past work place. They were not reversible but wish I had thought of that back then. Your Patches of Life quilt top is gorgeous. You are very brave to make reversible quilts but how nice it is to have two quilts in one. Thanks for sharing.
