Default All in a Row Baby quilts

My DD chose the fabrics for these twin baby quilts for her friend & I chose the pattern from Leni Levenson Wiener's "3-fabric quilts" book and made them up for her. They have warm & natural batting & an Arctic fleece backing.

I haven't attempted to use fleece for backing but it does look extra cozy. Is it difficult to quilt?
