The inner boarder was from my mom when she was moving and it was already fussy cut into the paisley strips. So the only fabric that I had to use from my stash was the the boarder fabric. Dumb question, I was trying to figure out pattern...did you foundation piece diagonal squares then cut them apart in an "X" and seam together for that pattern? I really like it.
