Love this. I just got back from Maui several days ago and had purchased several fat quarter packs (as I couldn't decide on yardage) from the Mau Quilt Shop (along with an additional kit and another pattern). This pattern would work wonderfully well. Thanks for providing an idea of what to do w/the fabrics.

I bought the quilting pattern from Anne Bright designs so I don't think it is embroidery pattern. The one I bought was an edge to edge pattern.

Have a great time shopping! I can't remember the names of the shops but if you Google fabric shops you will find 2 or 3. I went to all of them. IF you find something you think you might want BUY IT!
