I was at my daughter's for Christmas. I was in charge of the dessert table. I forgot to bring a table cloth, so I appropriated my grandson's christmas tree rag quilt wallhanging, flipped it to the wrong side and voila, instant table cloth. Also should say I watched the serving like a hawk for any spills, although it is washable. I thought it was a good use of the noggin. :-)

May I have a piece of pie please? And maybe a brownie? Ok, and just one cookie? MMMMM

I have a quilt we use for the beach. When you flip it, its a tablecloth for picnics. Isn't it great to double/triple use a quilt. Such wonderful inventions :) You're sure made the table beautiful!
