    That is a beautiful, wonderful quilt!! If I had it I would hang it up on the wall so I could look at it all the time.

    It turned out great. I really like how the alternate blocks give the illusion of the star blocks being set on point.

    For anyone having trouble with FG units, I highly recommend Deb Tucker's wing clipper ruler. It makes a huge difference. And using the ruler and her method of making the FG is a no waste method. You can make units as small as 1/2" x 1 with it and as large as 5 x 10 (finished size). Not affiliated just an extremely satisfied customer and this is coming from someone who has made a massive amount of FG units prior to getting the ruler.
