    Default Americana quilt finished

    I was asked to make a quilt for my Sergeant's son who was in Afghanistan using some of his camo uniforms. This is what i came up with. The camo was a real bear to work with, plus I had to take off all pockets, take apart seams, remove zippers, etc. I don't think I want to make another one like this.     That is fabulous! I have seen other quilts made using the camo but they seem to look so drab. Your design and use of color really brings the camo to life! Great job!!!

    i take it that it gets cold there? think i have heard that they have a complete range of temps, from deserts to snow. right?
