Amish Girl Design
#22
I am reading a few series based on the life of the Amish by Wanda E. Brunstetter. I have completed the series DAUGHTERS OF LANCASTER COUNTY, and I'm now reading the first book in the series BRIDES OF LANCASTER COUNTY. Also I've read Cindy Woodsmall's series SISTERS OF THE QUILT (When the Heart Cries, When Morning Comes, and When a Soul Mends). I just can't get enough of these books. These people live such structured, moral lives. My opinion is that they really have their priorities in order. These books are fiction, but based on fact as lived in the Amish communities.
I like the little Amish girl.

I'm Clueless, so can't comment as to which your little girl is, but she is precious. I just started a Sunbonnet Sue for a little Second Cousin of mine. I had to download patterns, so you're really great with your creation(s). Love the fabric choices, even though they are out of the norm for Traditional Amish. Keep up the neat designing. Create us a line of little girls that are dressed differently. You might have a new career.
