    I used a 5 drawer plastic tote from Wal Mart for this unit. I have two in my sewing room. One for the embroidery supplies and one for the applique supplies. When I'm going to "Bee" or "Retreat" I tote the one I need and don't have to worry about having the right supplies.

    The fabric is tapestry from a large table runner, plus about 1 1/2 yds of fabric to line and trim.
