Default Anita Goodesign Machine embroidered / Quilted Tote Bag

I have had this project design CD for quite a while and have very much wanted to make this tote bag. I got my chance this week while recovering from the flu. Eight different blocks on each sides of the bag that are either embroidered or quilted.

I have not previously made a bag this way but I am delighted with it. the fabric I used is a selection from Moda Printemps by three sisters. A really lovely selection of fabrics in this range.

Interesting fabrics make lovely bags. Your bags are really attractive because of the fabrics you chose. Fun to make and fun to use.

Your fabric selection really enhances the embroidery, or is it the other way around? In either case, you have a lovely bag!

Nicely quilted. I like that you used different quilting patterns on each fabric.

I agree! This adds a lot of interest to an already lovely bag.
