    This is a customer quilt. My Janome was in the shop for cleaning (3 weeks!) so the piecing began on my 60 yr old Singer. The customer asked for "square within a square" blocks (see 1st picture)....then didn't like it. I cut 72 blocks into quarters, mixed them up and made new squares. The quilting was intense....rolling up, shoving, pulling, pushing...but my greatest challenge was getting it in my washing machine, and finding a place to hang it to dry. Mission accomplished! Done! Stick a fork in it!

    very nice of dh to help.. mine does the same for me.. what a godsend that is..
    I did a calif. king for my bed so I know the challenge of this one... glad it's done too !
