    I made another Bow Tucks...this time I put the button on the 'correct' side. I actually like the button better on the 'wrong' side like I did on my first one. I also tried another pattern that I downloaded free from the internet. It's a cute bag...I added a button loop and button to this one and also pockets! Thanks for looking!

    Wow I love the colors in the bow tuck purse. :D :thumbup:

    In the blue one, are the fabrics gathered to make the ruffle look??

    Yep, they are gathered. It was a fun pattern. Like I said though, there was not a closure, and no pockets, so I modified a bit...

    What a gorgeous Bow Tuck Bag!! :D The fabric is so bright & pretty. I also love your second purse. Your idea of the ruffle down the front is darling!! Great sewing workmanship!!

    Both your purses are great. I love the fabrics you used. I love blue so the second one is my favorite.
