    Great bag, love your fabric! Gotta ask, did you use one of those "covered button makers" to make your button? I just saw one in Nancy's Notions and was thinking about getting it but wasn't sure if they worked very well.

    yes, I did. they work great, but the buttons are a pain to sew on bc they have a little loop on the back and it's hard to get your needle in and out. Well, it was for me anyway. I think I was supposed to put a little batting in there too, which i forgot.
