Default Another Dresden Plate by Doris

Remember Doris? Yes, she is still making scraps quilts; and yes, her scraps are still growing. She pieced this different take on the Dresden Plate and I quilted it expanding my experience with curved crosshatching. We chose Hobbs Poly batting so the quilting would stand out in the larger background pieces. The quilt measures 98 by 100.

It's me again!! How did Doris get that scalloped look around the edges of the plates?

The quilting really makes these plates pop. It is simply gorgeous. The dresden plates are very lovely and that quilting is superb. Kudos to everyone who created this stunner. Thank you for sharing.
