    So the first one was good, but I learned from the mistakes...I improved the design and made this one! I re-inforced the handles with batting instead of just material, so they don't shrink down, I sewed across the middle to create a bottom to the otherwise bottomless pockets on the outside, and installed a snap closer at the top.

    What do you think?

    Great job!
    I too, had to finagle with the pattern I used to make the totes.
    Figured out how to get the batting for the handles. Wasn't nice with just the fabric. I did, however, cut a strip of Heat N Bond the same width as the batting/fabric. I then ironed it onto the fabric so it wouldn't shift or anything. A few, the batting shifted, so the ladies had said, so I fixed that problem.
