    Default Another Journey

If I could turn them out like my DH, I'd be rich. But, I can't cause my fingers just don't work that fast. I have several that are almost done. But, not quite ready. I get bored to easy to just do one at a time. But, DH has OCD and will stick to one until its finished. I really need to teach him a new pattern though cause even though he changes the colors, I'm kinda getting tired of them after about 10 different ones. How do you like the orange??? Manly??

I think it's pretty, and like that design.

The orange looks great. You might try having him go on Quiltville.com and find another pattern he would like to try. Bonnie Hunter has many free patterns. I'm going through them and trying them as I don't like to do the same pattern again. But if he is happy making the same pattern over and over again, more power to him.

I like this one better than the pink one. What new pattern are you going to suggest? He's doing very well with this one!

Many men seem to like those bright primary colors. The orange in quite interesting, both contemporary and vintage, nice.

DH is doing an outstanding job. I love the orange!!! Be glad that he takes an interest in making quilts. You wouldn't even catch mine picking up a needle and thread let alone make a quilt. I'm proud of him!!! Give him a big hug for me!!!

It's a great quilt! Maybe he would like Bonnie Hunter's Sixteen Patch and Pinwheels.

Please give him my compliments on a terrific quilt.
