    It looks like 3 quilts - nice optical illusion. Love the colors.

    It means Lady in Waiting. Someone on here had the topic of UFO's and someone else brought up LIW, and I liked that better. I've been working on several quilts at one time, so this wasn't really a UFO, it's just a Lady waiting to be finished.

    Wow, you did that without a pattern? Very nice! I have the pattern. Maybe I will attempt to give it a try. Yours turned out so nicely.

    Thanks, yes once you see what the block is, (1/4 log cabin) it really is very easy. Much easier than I thought it would be.

    thank you for sharing - I've never seen the pattern and really like it - have to say I'm in awe you could figure it out without a pattern! - The quilt is beautiful and gives a wonderful sense of dimension.
