Thanks for your sweet comments, everyone! I do feel fortunate to have some things that G'ma Drake made with her own hands.

I saw my Aunt Margaret recently in Cincinnati (the whole family's old stomping grounds) -- G'ma's last surviving daughter. She told me that G'ma would be proud of me for quilting and loving the old pieces. Aunt Margaret is trying to bribe me to come to CA to visit: If I come, I can have my pick of a suitcase full of vintage fabrics, and more of G'ma's appliqued butterflies. Now, to convince my DH that it's a good idea!
