I have always looked in thrift stores..everyone in my Kentucky area must keep and love their quilting stashs...partically made quilts and the likes......nothing..I have found nothing ...for years now in our thrift stores! Great find!

I bought a quilt at Family Dollar quite a few years back it was a double wedding ring and it appears to be hand pieced and hand quilted, I still use it but some of the pieces are comming apart, Some of our finds are really store bought and it was only like $30.00 they also had matching shams at the time. I bought a king size and can not belive that is appears to be hand made. I wonder what poor soul had to spend all that time making it for pennies! it has no tag or name on it either. So sad--- I hav seen some recently but you can tell they are not hand quilted. mine sure looks hand some to me.
