I just finished quilting this one. This is another cintage topper I got in a sale and quited. I wished that all the toppers I find were in as good as shape as this one was. I have very little problems with this one.

Cd2...This is a very pretty quilt top, and you picked it up for how much?? being a nosey person that I am lol!! :lol:

Your not nosey.... I dont mind at all telling. I paid $10 for this vintage topper. So after batting and backing I only have about $35 in this one.

I have a family member who in an auctioneer and he knows what I am looking for as well as a couple of friends who are antique dealers and they keep their eyes out for me as well. And I find some at yard sales and second hand stores from time to time as well.

Its great to give a topper the life it once started out to be. My goal is to make each person in my family a quilt this year. Its going to be a little hard though because when people see these they want to buy them from me and I am not about to turn down $$ when I am making a nice profit!

The most recent ones I have shown will be shown at a local quilt show in a couple of weeks. I normally get calls from people who see them at quilt shows too wanting to buy them from me.
