This project was made and finished in a couple of weeks. It is a birthday present for a very dear friend who just loves Halloween and decorates her whole house ever year. This is a table center piece. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATHY

Did you use a pre made hat or have a patern? I love that hat and would love to make my daughter one for haloween maybe a little less elaborite but similar!
